Packing it up in the parks

Alright. So far, the plan is to bring in my small, zip-close canvas backpack into the parks. The pack is small enough that it doesn't get in the way, it closes via zipper so nothing will fall out, and it has back straps so it is easy to carry and easy to secure on rides. (I always like to put each foot through one backpack strap on a trill ride.)

I am reading a list from allears.net about what to bring in the parks. So far, it looks like we can travel pretty light.
  • Memo book- Ben is really set on getting autographs, and this is a nice, small, cheap alternative. Plus, we can decorate it ourselves!
  • Digital Camera- acts as camcorder, too, and has a rechargeable battery
  • Memory cards- I only have one 2-gig memory card, so a couple more might be essential. Luckily, I have a think carrying case for them.
  • Wallet/money clip, including: park tix, resort ID, credit cards, state IDs, health insurance card, cash
  • cell phones
  • hair ties
  • ibuprofen
  • bandages
  • folder for itinerary, maps, reservation #s, etc.
  • gum
  • hat/visor
  • jacket/ sweatshirt
  • pen
  • key chain flashlight (Ben is night blind)
  • pen
  • poncho and plastic bags
  • snacks
  • dry socks
  • Nin. DS/ iPod?
  • sunglasses
  • lip balm w/ SPF
  • small bottle of sunscreen
  • water bottles!!!
  • wet wipes (cleaning hands on-the-go)
