Oh, Dis, you got me!

So, everyone is just so excited for this whole "Free Admission on your Birthday" thing. And by everyone, I mean me. So, Disney totally thought ahead with other these great other options if you already have your multi-day tickets.
Anyone going to the parks for more than a day or two would be crazy to not buy their multi-day tickets, and opt to take either the gift card (worth $75) or the fast pass. But of course, Disney got me again! The gift card is only good on merchandise (no food or alcohol), and only on merchandise that isn't country-specific (it specifically bans merchandise from Morocco and other pavilions in the World Showcase). So, of course, if you have five kids who all want something, this is the best option. However, with airlines charging you per checked bag these days, I don't want to come home with more than I have to. Sure, the merchandise can add up fast, but I seriously don't want to go on a Disney Merchandise shopping spree on my birthday. This does not sound exciting. I'll buy maybe a few pins, and maybe a lanyard or mouse ears... That's under your $75, so forget it. I'll have some money.

I'm really looking forward to this fastpass badge. Okay, so it's only good for one park, which was not what I had anticipated, but it's also something that can't be bought. On my birthday, we'll end at Epcot, I'm sure of it... (Unless by some miracle Epcot is open late on the 22nd until one in the morning so I can get an hour of drinking in...?) But where will we start that day? Do I pick a park I don't like spending much time in so I can get it out of the way with my fastpass advantage? (This would be MGM,) or do I go to my absolute favorite and ride all my favorites over and over until I'm so sick of them, I don't know what to do? (This would either be Epcot or MK.) Or do I go to Animal Kingdom so that when I want to do rides, there is little wait, and more time to explore the park and see the animals?

I'm sure as we speak, my father and sister are making bets as to a. whether or not I will even choose the fastpass badge and b. if I do, which park I will spend my time in. There is always the option of whichever park opens early that day. Of course, I always here that the crowds are crazy... But if we're leaving that park later (meaning, if it's not Epcot), maybe that's not such a bad option. I would love to make a graph of all possible senarios, but really, do I have the time?
No.

So my last question to myself is, which park as the most fastpass attractions? Before I even count, I'd like to guess either AK or MK. Percentage-wise, I'm sure it's AK. It feels like every ride there has a fastpass option. And I think that the MK might just have more rides, and therefore, by volume, the most fastpass rides. So now we count...

Animal Kingdom:
6 total Fastpass attractions
55% of attractions offer a fastpass (WINNER)
allears.net highly reccomended a FP for 1 ride (EE)

Disney Hollywood Studios:
5 total FP attractions
36% of attractions offer a fastpass
allears.net highly reccomended a FP for 2 rides (RnRC and ToT)

Epcot:
6 total FP attractions
46% of attractions offer a fastpass
allears.net highly reccomended a FP for 3 rides (Soarin', TT, and MS) ...however, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for the less-than-thrilling Mission: SPACE thrill ride

Magic Kingdom:
8 total FP attractions (WINNER)
29% of attractions offer a fastpass
allears.net highly reccomended a FP for ALL rides (WINNER)

...This pretty much turned out how I thought it would. So far, it looks like I should spend my morning in the Magic Kingdom. Now we just have to wait to find out which park has morning extra magic hours.
