First of all, a very exciting thing happened to my very good friend over break. She's engaged. How exciting! I'm truly excited for her.
I was a bit confused, though, when another friend of mine said she thought it was either going to be this friend or myself who'll get married first. Seems I've already been written off! The fact that she thought that bothers me, although I can't explain why because I've also been feeling somewhat like this, especially after when I asked my boyfriend to at least be my date to the wedding, his response was "it's a long way off."
PS- my bottle of Method all purpose surface cleaner, which is pink grapefruit scented, is labeled as "pamplemousse rose" in whatever language the bottle is also in. Upon a google search, I found out they weren't exaggerating or calling it something completely different. From now on, whenever I'm referring to grapefruit, don't be surprised when you hear an annoyingly American sounding "Pam-pull Mouse Rose" come out of my mouth.
